These phrasal verbs are a little more unusual.
•pass through somewhere (travel across somewhere that’s not your final destination):

•skirt around something (not talk directly about a topic):
She skirted around the problem and managed not to mention it.
•stem from something (be caused by):
Their disagreement stemmed from a misunderstanding.
•heap something up (put into a messy pile):
They heaped the plates up in the kitchen sink.
•fizzle out (when something slowly ends):
They went to different universities and their relationship just fizzled out.
